David B Hughes is passionate about living a maximized life and empowering others do the same. He is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, licensed realtor, real estate investor, and real estate investing coach. 

Since an early age, David dreamed of owning businesses and having the freedom to live life full time with his future wife and family, pursuing all of their dreams together. 

After graduating from Indiana University on a baseball scholarship, David became a successful entrepreneur in the insurance business as the #1 agent in Kentucky his first year and multiple years thereafter, out of approximately 200 licensed agents. Nationally, he finished multiple years in the top 1-3% in sales production out of thousands of agents.

David's diligence and passion to provide clients with excellent service has always been his number one goal in business.

Over the last twelve years he has created a personal portfolio of 24 investment properties and has helped countless others find success in real estate investing. David loves helping people find, follow, and fulfill their God-given dreams and purposes. 

In 2015, David met and married the love of his life, Katie Marie!

Katie Marie’s life is one of relentless passion and pursuit. Her career started early, becoming a professional dancer at just 17 years old. She has performed with several dance companies around the country, performing in the US, Canada, Germany, and Denmark.

At the age of 22, Katie Marie’s pursuits branched into music as she and her brother formed a nationally distributed Christian pop group, 3.16. Together, they wrote and produced 3 albums and toured extensively around the country for 5 1/2 years. She has shared stages with some of the top names in Christian music and has appeared in radio, television, magazines, and countless live venues.

As a singer/songwriter, musician, dancer, author, worship pastor, speaker, and entrepreneur, Katie Marie lives to inspire others to reach their greatest potential.

In 2015, Katie Marie met and married the love of her life, David. She and David currently own multiple businesses, are the founders of LOVEco and Simplified Investing, and reside in southwest Florida.

Jenn is an Ohio girl residing in North Carolina with her husband of 10 years and her two fur babies. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology at Morehead State University. She’s a non-practicing massage therapist with a passion for all things health and fitness.

She loves encouraging others, creating through cooking and baking, and views each day as a chance to love on and laugh more with her favorite people!
